Toolkt 0.6.9 released

Version 0.6.9 is the first release for Eclipse 3.1 and Java 5. So, before updating: Get Eclipse 3.1 (download) and Java 5 (download). Then follow the instructions given on the installation page.

Version 0.6.9 has no new Features, but fixes some very grave bugs. There are other, minor known bugs that we did not yet fix because the grave ones were so grave and the Eclipse 3.1 thing seemed so urgent, so we felt like speeding things up a bit.

Please DO update and do NOT use 0.6.8 for saving node nets.
