Speed improvements

It's been quite a while, but behind the scenes, things keep moving.

The upcoming 0.6.14 release will bring massive performance improvements for large nodenets with large amounts of seldomly used nodes.

Meanwhile, the website, bugzilla, cvs and this webdoc have been moved to a new server.
